This years edition of the European Week for Waste Reduction will take place between 18 and 26 November 2017. EWWR is an initiative aiming to promote the implementation of awareness-raising actions about sustainable resource and waste management. One of the cities that will take part in this initiative is the city of Umag. The Green Istria organization with their project „Izdvoji sve“, together with Istrian County, City of Umag, municipal company 6.maj d.o.o. and POU „Ante Babić“ are organising a swap-fair event „TiDam TiDaš“ on Saturday, 18.11.2017 The event will be accompanied with music and drinks, and our CupUp reusable cups will be used. Our cups will be used on this occasion as a direct answer to the burning issue of how to reduce the amount of waste. We thank the Green Istria organization and the City of Umag for recognizing our concept and the role of reusable cups in our joint struggle for preserving the environment.
