It was never CupUp’s aim to be just a product or to stop the interaction with a client once the cups had been distributed.
The goal was to offer a full service to the client so he could fully concentrate on other aspects of organization, and also offers the possibility of ecologically conscious business conduct with, still very new on local ground, innovative model of advertising and marketing, while simultaneously decreasing the amount of waste and the cost of its management up to 50%.
As a company we believe in a seamless synthesis of all elements of experience and business, which takes personal responsibility for the satisfaction of its clients, therefore supporting them continuously in a completely new concept from the beginning to the end of their respectable manifestation and offering full service of product care and any accompanying needs. In addition to production, personalization, and distribution of the reusable cups, we also offer logistics organization and a team which will take care of the needed amount assessment regarding the size of the manifestation or an event and the expected attendance, delivery, picking up, washing in specifically designed washing machines at 85°C without deformation, as well as new delivery and stocking options. The chosen washing temperature had been established by the standards of a microbiological test, repeated every six months in cooperation with the sanitary inspection, so your cups could be 100% safe to use.
We also offer the option of a service functioning on the principles of a deposit, which means the visitor will leave a deposit of 10kn at the bar for the cup he’ll use throughout the duration of the manifestation, festival, event or happening, and at any moment he is free to exchange the cup for a clean one. After the event had finished he can return his cup and take his deposit money back. This proved as an extremely efficient method of reducing the waste at large social gatherings.
